Great Canadian Oil Change

I cannot even give one star, because of the experience I had this location. In the passed, I have had great experiences, and now, I will do everything in my power to make sure NO ONE I know goes to this place. I had an oil change done at this location at the beginning of November, fast forward to two days ago when the engine in my car went, and I found out that technician who did my oil change in November, took my ,money, and didn't do his job. So now I am out a brand new car, and have to fork out $10,000.00 for a new engine because it isn't covered under warranty. We called to ask for documentation that this oil change was done, only to be called an idiot by the manager several times, and told we were just wasting everyone's time. So if you want them to take your money, and not do there job, by all means, go there.

Great service and pricing. They are warranty protected and fast. No appointment required, drive up to the Bay and they take care of you. They also offer windshield wiper blade replacement and other vehicle fluid replacement for a decent price. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They had my oil changed and I was on the road in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. My very first time going to this outlet and i would reccomend to anyone. Love the fact that no appointment required. Unlike vehicle dealership outlets where you actually purchase your vehicle. Prince Albert SK is blessed to have this GCOC outlet in their city. I was absolutely impressed with their service and very respectful friendly team of employees. High five to the gentleman that serviced my vehicle today.i dont give out tips easily but today i did so without hesitation because they earned it. Bravo!

I have never had a bad experience here other than the line up but that just speaks to the quality if service. Last week i went in because my car was tellingme it needed an oil change. I had switched to synthetic oil so i actuall still have 2000 kms.to go. I didn't realize but tge service tech explained it all to me. He then checked the oil, topped off by half a litre, and opened the door for me to go! No charge! You can't beat that kibd of service. You rock Great Canadian Oil Change!

Very fast prompt and courteous service. Staff was very friendly. Was offered a drink while I was waiting. Jeremy Tyler Kieran was an honest, friendly guy. Before going ahead on my car he would just show me what else could be done. Never pushed, let me decide. When all was done he also read through the invoice all that was done, including the sub total and total as well. Very satisfied with Great Canadian Oil Change. Will always go back.
