I am really happy that I was referred to GJ Auto Repair Centre by Renovo after my car was hit from behind putting a dent in the bumper. Communication with Sophie and James was excellent, letting me know what the process was and providing updates along the way. On the day I took the car in I arrived well before opening time just to beat the traffic. As it happened by coincidence James had turned up earlier than usual. In his usual cheerful way he took the keys and explained the next steps. The next day I got a call that the car was ready. The workmanship was excellent and the car looked immaculate. Needless to say, if I ever need bodywork doing, I know where to go.

GJ was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I took his advice. I was involved in a motorway incident and this resulted in me requiring a new bumper, axle repair, 2 new wheels, spray etc As they came so highly recommended I asked them to do the whole car as I had some other minor scrapes on one side, front bumper etc and my alloys were horrendous my fault unfortunately. I collected my car on Friday and I am still smiling, she looks like brand new, the paintwork is fantastic and the alloys are amazing. I honestly cannot recommend this garage highly enough. Not only have they surpassed my expectations with the work that James has carried out but also the communication from Sophie was brilliant. She totally went the extra mile to help me with my insurance company who were to be honest unhelpful to say the least. 5 stars across the board from me. I've used GJ Auto a few times and everytime the service is impeccable. They don't mess you around, get the job done to an excellent standard and are very competitively priced. James and Sophie are both such a pleasure to deal with. The peace of mind that the job will get done and to a high standard is difficult to find these days but 100% provided by GJ Auto. Highly, highly recommend!

Only repair shop I trust - the team here have fixed my car numerous times; extremely good service, very fairly priced, excellent  skill and proficiency.

On visiting Manchester, we had an issue with our Audi due to the plastic undercarriage cover coming loose and dragging on the road. We called this repair shop, James fixed it there and then with no hassle. Very friendly and welcoming people. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended by my local garage to have the bottom part of my car repaired. The sill was loose so they offered to glue it on for no charge! Thank you so much. Quick and efficient job and polite staff.

Had work on car done through insurance. When collected, it looked like a completely new car! Paint work was excellent, inside was valeted to a great standard, it had never looked so clean since it was new! Service from everyone was fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful, would highly recommend to everyone, definitely use again.

Very unprofessional work done.I don’t even want to give one star.I don’t normally give negative rating but their behaviour made me. Not friendly staff worst experience   I have reviewed the correct garage and I can not forget James face and I did went back to ask him fix the issue and I wouldn’t mind to pay him extra cash but his comment was I’ve done my job I’m not going to touch it go somewhere else this is not professional way to deal with your customer and I do agree you guys are very friendly before taking the job after taking cash in the pocket you don’t want to know the customer.  I have felt very bad and never said anything back even he asked me cash transaction I have given him cash.  You can get fake followers and fake comments so please don’t mention what other people reviewed. This was my bad experience and I’ve shared it.
