I'm not a great golfer....so keeping that in mind....it's a pretty easy course ...good value for money...and not overcrowded. Highway traffic is a low selling point. Pro golfers probably will prefer Tobiano or Eagle Point....but for a great day out with friends, Pineridge is just right.
Great par 3 with some long holes, 1 par 4, really well kept, each hole is unique. Some nice fun downhill shots off a cliff. Only downside is the highway sounds, but you get used to it. And you won’t hit the highway, no worries there. Highly recommend
Future plans cast an ominous shadow across this golf course. Development plans loom large at Pineridge, and the state of the course shows it. The overworked maintenance pro is doing all he they can to make a silk purse out of a sows ear!! NO money will be spent to enhance this course, so dont look for any improvement in the overall condition for the remainder of its operation. Sad, really. It has a following, of supporters who have been enjoying it for many, many years. Once this family course is gone, it will be more and more difficult to find reasonably priced golf in Kamloops.
Not impressed. The golf course is in absolute terrible condition and the staff isn't helpful at all. We showed up for a t time expecting to get a golf cart since there was about 13 sitting unused. The girl said " oh no, the carts aren't charging right now so no carts" Annoying but we played anyways. Then within 15 minutes of being on the course, every single group behind us and in front of us all had carts. Funny how they suddenly managed to charge all of their carts. When we went in to express our frustration, the pro shop employee was cold and unhelpful. Just kept saying "well I wasn't here when that happened so I can't do anything for you." Not sure when "sorry about your luck" became part of customer service.
Not too busy got on by myself played part of the course. The greens are in nice shape no winter kill great for getting a good putt to the hole. If you haven't tried this course you'll in for a treat great challenge with the elevation changes around the course......
Great golf course. 17 par 3 and 1 par 4. Great 18 holes for $25. Easy to walk. The course is in great shape. Good for my iron game.
We had such a great time at a recent tournament they held. Wish Kamloops would do more fun things like this. Great job guys, look forward to playing again at your course. Great service from the beer cart girl as well!!!
Great place to go for a quick hit at the ball. Great for first-timers with short courses and easy to do slopes. But if you pass the ninth hole it will get way more towards the experienced side of golf. Way longer holes with way steeper slopes. No driving range though. Does include a restaurant.
Generally a good course. Some days like today the sides of the courses could use some work, many dandelions. A good beginners course, and not too far from some good pubs for after golf beers. Good prices too.
I've been coming here for a longtime and I really like the course. My Grandfather used to take me and now I take my son. Great course!
