Fun and fairly challenging golf course. Fairways are narrow at times and many blind tee shots. As the course is on the side of a mountain, there are lots of elevation changes in each hole. Practice / warm up area could be improved a bit - there are hitting nets only no range, putting greens and chipping area are the same which could get cramped if there are many groups waiting. For the price of admission, things could be better.
Love this course. Have done many tournaments here both large and small. Service is always top notch and the course is excellent. Glad to see Ian Henson back doing what he does best.
Food was terrible, service took way too long
If you have never Golf Bighorn, you are missing out on a great course! 5 Tee boxes to choose from! The course layout is challenging but not impossible. You may lose a few golf balls but it is worth it for the scenery! Cannot complain about the cost today - $70 and includes golf cart with GPS markers, electronic scorecard and something I've never seen on a golf cart - 2 USB plug ins that allowed us to charge our phones while playing. Make the trip out here. You will not be sorry!
We were in for lunch today, we were told it has gotten better then previous years, the food was good but a bit pricey, 10 for a bowl of soup with no bun or bread, and 350 for a cup of coffee, but these are the times we live in everything is pricey but you need to have good service, atmosphere and food if you are going to attract customers, please bring cream and sugar when you ask customer and customer says yes and a spoon, this is one of my biggest pet pev in a restaurant, we had changed tables because the one we were at rocked, the next table the chair was missing bottom of one leg lifter, so if you are going to charge high for your food then maybe do some maintenance in your restaurant even our server said with a giggle "ya theres a lot of tables and chairs that need work, so fix them! before your busy season, I would not go out of my way to dine here again
Really fun course with some great golf holes. Quick greens were a challenge!
Beautiful golf course that offers something for every golfer, delicious drinks & food at Mason's, and outstanding views of Kamloops and the neighborhood of Sun Rivers. Located very conveniently only 5 minutes approx from downtown Kamloops.
This is a nice golf course and with a nice patio. If lucky enough, you will get to see a ton of Bighorn guys as they majestically are all around this course and area and hence the name! : Course plays to a nice challenge level and offers nice scenery too.
Too many houses lining the fairways, felt like we were playing golf in a street. I’m surprised it’s even considered safe enough to play. The course is well laid out and a challenge. Bunker sand hit and miss.
Staff was great. Course is showing some wear and tear. They controlled pace of play nicely. Food was delicious
