easy ordering and the service is excellent. just got a call from my mom today and the flowers are still fresh, which has been over a week. thanks pinecrest for making me look good.

Not sure why it says the review is from Chéla? This review is from Janice Breckon. Pinecrest put together the sprays which we had for my father's Celebration of Life. The arrangements were absolutely stunning and many people commented on how beautiful they were. My cousin sent me a bouquet and it was equally gorgeous. Thank you Barb and crew!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Pinecrest Florist. I ordered flowers from out of the province, and not only were the flowers 3 days late, they were not what I ordered at all and most were already dying. Very disappointing. I am still waiting to hear back from PF in regards to this matter (2 emails and a phone call). This is not the 1st poor experience I have had with them. Won't be ordering thru them again.
