All the service people I spoke with were very nice. I understood calling on a Sunday that I would pay extra. We had a backed up toilet. The plumber looked at a very clogged clean out drain and said he didn’t that was the issue. He then proceeded to snake the toilet for hours. Even driving back to Ellisville to get a bigger snake on the $200 an hour clock. He said he never had seen such a clog, which makes me wonder why he pursued it so extensively. The next day he flushed the clean out drain that he had previously ignored and the water started flowing. He spent an hour doing that and diagnosing a collapsed pipe in the front yard. So much time and money could have been saved my flushing the clean out as soon as he noticed. The office offered no partial refund despite the plumber ignoring such basic troubleshooting.
I've used Pierce Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed in the service I've received! Their employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and always highly communicative about what is going on in your home. I'd recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!
Pierce Plumbing was the only place that was able to come assist us almost a month after the Christmas freeze. They've been amazing and prices have been very reasonable. I'll use them again and again.
I can't brag on these folks enough. A literal "perfect storm" was brewing, an end to a long work week and a dead AC all in this great Mississippi heat 85⁰ at 7 PM! To add insult to injury, a very pregnant wife that is due any day now. It wasn't even an hour after making the call, their technician was out at my house. Not even thirty minutes left, we were up an running! It was misery the first few hours getting home, but thankfully they got us up and running again. Even with paying for a home warranty, we went straight to these guys we didn't want to wait for them to send us their contract person. I'm so glad we made the call. These guys saved us especially my poor wife. They will definitely be getting my business again if the need arises.
Staff were very respectful. Fixed the problem within 30 mins and price was not outrageous. Thanks again.
Ok, so the water heater decided to go out this week....the WEEK OF CHRISTMAS and I called Pierce Plumbing. They came out & installed a new water heater and when my husband saw it he said "that's the Finest looking water heater I have ever seen and look at their work! Everything is very professionally done and really looks good." They did a great job and I highly recommend them..
