By far the best customer service I have had the experience of working with for service on my home. I called and left a message with the details of what work I needed done. When he returned my call and we discussed the details he set up an appointment to be at my house for a 9 a.m. visit the next day. Definitely not the cable company because he showed up 20 minutes early :). The appointment was quick and efficient and he explained everything that needed to be done to save us the most money possible. The expansion tank on my water heater and the fill valve on all three of my toilets had to be replaced and the price was significantly lower than we expected and far better than any competitors quote. This is the second time I have used his company in the past year and if there are any future plumbing needs at my home I will definitely be calling John the Plumber.

Thank you John!!! I had a bad leak in my bathroom that was leaking down into my garage. This was on a Sunday evening and I was pretty desperate to get it fixed. I had to shut the water off and give John a call. John was under another house at the time, so I left him a message. He got a hold of me a short time later and was able to take care of my plumbing issue the very next day. Thank you John I now have water again!! My wife was at our home when he arrive and she said he was extremely courteous and a top notch professional. So he is definitely stay at home mom approved!! Thanks again John, if I have another plumbing issue you will be my first call every time. - Brett

John's pricing is fair and his experience and passion for his work shows. I recently had him replace the outside hose spigot for my house that was previously leaking. He showed up promptly at the time we had arranged and was finished within an hour, with a minimum number of tools dragged thru the house to get to the piping just inside the interior wall. The new spigot works great with no leaks. I recommend you ask any questions you have about the project with John right away - he is very friendly and is happy to explain what he is doing if you are around and interested, and it will help you to get the job done to your expectations. There was a small drip coming out of the new spigot I noticed when I turned it on the first time with the garden hose attached which did not show up without the hose. John easily fixed that by tightening the spigot valve nut, but had I not tried the hose before he left we would have missed that. His time also included some good education on how to shut the water off at the street meter in case of future emergencies - that tid bit has the potential to save me a lot of money and was very much appreciated. I recommend John the Plumber for any plumbing issues you may have. Fair cost (at least 25% less than the big commercial plumbing companies), quick work, and personalized service done to the customer's satisfaction.

Terrible service he quoted me $625.00 He came out twice and didn’t have the parts for the job he sent his guy out two days later and told him to tell me the price is $1250.00 John is so unorganized he won’t be around long thank god he has no business in being in business

After having a bad experience with a large plumbing company I found John the plumber. What a great experience. Our hot water heater quit working. Jason came out and diagnosed the problem. He called several parts warehouses but no luck until he found the parts we needed. Unfortunately they had to be shipped. He got them in one day and made room for us in the schedule. After 5 days of no hot water we now have hot water. Can't say enough about their customer service and quality. I have a plumber for life. Btw half the price of the big company. Thanks.
