All Purpose Plumbing

I called to have someone come out and give an estimate for a hot water tank replacement. I was quoted a price on the phone without anyone coming out. The crew showed up the next day with a tank. It was the wrong tank for my application. They would have to order the correct tank which would take a few days. And add several hundred dollars to the cost. I was still charged a fee for them showing up with the wrong tank and was assured the fee would be deducted from the total bill. I will take my business elsewhere.

Very pleased with the service received. They were informative and friendly when I called to schedule the appointment. The plumber arrived at the scheduled time, was very friendly and answered all our questions about the job. Their automated text information is also very helpful.

All Purpose Plumbing staff know what they're doing. I've learned the hard way that I get what I pay for. From now on, All Purpose Plumbing are the only plumbers I'll call for any plumbing issue. Margaret, in the office, is the best. Steve and Gene explain the problem and the best solution and then get it done. Thanks everyone.

Great experience with Gene. Articulate experienced actual plumber that understands plumbing beyond just cabeling a line and charging the person. Actually saved me a lot of money by taking the time to understand what we really needed.
