Pierce County District Court Probation

A little frustrated about the contact number posted. I am trying to get ahold of the probation office, been trying for the past three days and I just get connected to the courthouse. The only thing the guy on the other end of the phone could do is tell me that I need to hang up and keep trying to call the probation office number until I get through, but literally every time I call I get connected to the same person whom tells me the probation office and the courthouse are two entirely separate entities. Then my question is, why do I keep getting connected to the courthouse when calling the probation number if they are two separate entities? It makes absolutely no sense. I am a father of two 1-year-olds and I work a graveyard shift. I do not have the time or patience to be able to drive all of the way down there to ask a couple questions about a previous case that should have already been taken care of through day reporting. If anyone reads this that works at the probation office, please, I would like at least a direct line to Andrew G. or somebody else at the office who can help resolve something simple, that should not be this complicated.

They are not here to help you, but rather create a revolving door to fund this disgusting merry-go-round they call the justice system. There are maybe two judges in the Pierce Co. system that are fair. The other ones will sentence you to years of monthly check-ins and out-sourced classes who's only motives are to keep you in as long as possible to line their pockets. Stay far away. If you find yourself in this third-world, run down office with a trans-gendered security officer and illegal immigrants as PO's, then prepare for at least three years of in and out of jail and court dates along with monthly required check-ins.
