Department of Public Defender Pretenders. As history goes, this company has been violating the 6th amendment of the United States Constitution since time the courts started in the 18th century. These attorneys are represented by a very crooked Michael Kawamura who failed to properly defend me and created unwanted continuances so the State could have enough something to use against his clients. Win or lose he gets paid. Plea bargain is the highest issue they use to get out of hard cases. However, plea bargains are a great thing if you know you are guilty of something. However, win or lose they all get paid. One of his workers representing a friend of mine started off with a plea bargain, ignoring the illegal search and seizure of his property with a very broad warrant not really searching for one thing in particular. Another friend was arrested for having a bb gun when the complaint was it being a shot gun. I had to call his attorney and guide the attorney. That was dismissed. however, same friend had a Driving on Suspended. The attorney failed to get the case dismissed on lack of jurisdiction due to statute of limitations. My buddy spent 45 days in jail for not having a drivers license. When it is your god given right to travel in any modern transportation with out having to have permission (permit or license) to travel the same roads everyone else.
