Pickard Orthodontics

I love Pickard Orthodontics so much. I was a very shy freshman in college when I first visited them, with many insecurities stemming from my smile. But when I entered that first day, I wasn't nervous at all; I think the enormously kind nature of the staff put me at ease. Since my braces have straightened my teeth, I have gained an amazing amount of confidence, thanks to Dr. Pickard and his wonderful staff. Words cannot express how grateful I am for them. The entire team will treat you like family. The amazing woman who put my braces on - Brenda - still remember my name two years later! They have been so wholehearted and understanding with any issues I have had. As I approach the end of my treatment, I must say thank you to the entire team at Pickard Orthodontics. Thank you for giving me what I have wanted for years: a smile, and with that, confidence. They are truly good people! :)

I was recently on a trip into Idaho to take my two 14 year old grandsons white water rafting out of Riggins, ID. My grandson from Florida had lost his rubber bands for his braces, which caused a great problem for him with his parents being more than upset with him. While I was driving I tried to locate someplace that carried rubber bands for braces. None were to be found until I searched Orthodontists and called Dr. Pickard in Moscow, ID. Here it was a Saturday and yet Dr. Pickard immediately said he would go to his office and meet me there to take care of my grandson's needs. It was an hour out of the way for us, but I knew this needed to be done, especially when Dr. Pickard was willing to meet us on his day off. Once we got to his office, which by the way was an incredible facility to have work done, he took the time to be sure Weston got exactly what he needed. I wanted to pay him for his time and incredible service. But Dr. Pickard told me he would not accept anything because he knew we would have done the same thing for him. I cannot begin to explain the stress factor that he eliminated and how generous he was to come help out total strangers from the Seattle area. Thank you and congratulations to Dr. Pickard on what must be a highly successful practice. Thank you so much for helping total strangers get our white water rafting experience back on track. I will forever be grateful for the time and professional service he gave us. If I lived near Moscow, Idaho, my Orthodontist would definitely be Dr. Pickard. Sincerely, Don Trandem

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Pickard and the entire team! From the beginning I felt that I was being treated like a family member which is the absolute greatest care one can receive. I had a consult with another practice in town and due to several reasons decided to consult with Pickard and was blown away from the beginning. I began to see changes within a month-a year into treatment and my teeth look better than ever imagined. You will not regret coming to Pickard! The best hands down!!!

Pickard Orthodontics - five star! Pickard Orthodontics is absolutely amazing. I got my braces with them when I was a kid. Many years later I had my braces removed two days before I started High School. And almost four years after that - being now I see the results are amazing. Dr. Pickard and his professional team's skills will stay with your teeth for life, if you do it he says and wear your retainer. He did the best work on my teeth anyone has ever done before or probably ever will do. That being said, I will never regret a single visit or a single minute at Pickard Orthodontics. I was a very irresponsible kid who did not do as I was told, but Dr. Pickard and his team were patient and always figured out what to do to fix my teeth. Doctor Pickard and his team are very professional, kind, and most of all care about the client more than any other orthodontist. I thank Doctor Pickard and your team for forgiving me wonderful straight teeth. If you're considering using Pickard Orthodontics services - please do because you'll never regret it.

When I called Pickard Orthodontics regarding a retainer replacement they swiftly and thoroughly explained my options and quoted me the respective prices. Also they have an in house lab so I walked out with my new retainer after about 20 minutes. On top of that I paid the exact price they quoted- no random extra fees which I greatly appreciated. Overall an efficient and pain free process!
