Always have a great experience here. The staff is always very friendly and helps to put people at ease and make them comfortable. Really knowledgeable and helpful when teaching about better dental care. They do a great job at cleanings and don't push unnecessary dental work. Best choice on the palouse.
It’s been a long time—20+ years, to be exact—since I first visited this dentist as a student at UI. Back then, I needed a crown for one of my teeth. When it came back from the lab, it was too bright, but instead of correcting the color of the crown, the dentist suggested whitening all my teeth instead. ‍nnLater on, when another tooth needed a crown, I didn’t trust him and decided to have his son handle it instead. Unfortunately, that didn’t go well either, as the crown ended up leaving a gap between my teeth. This gap has been collecting food after every meal since 2001, and I’m reminded of this poor experience every single day after eating.
I have gone to Bearable since I moved to the area in 2008. They are friendly and professional. I still go there now even though I moved further away about 45 min. Their only drawback is they seem so popular that it's hard to keep on a routine 6 month check up because they are so booked out.
Everything about Bearable Dentistry is positive. You never sit and wait, all of the dentists and assistants are friendly, skilled, and compassionate. The quality of care is excellent!
I can always rely on them to get me in if I’m having dental issues. They always explain everything thoroughly and include options. I appreciate their efficiency and attention to patients’ needs.
