Physio Steve

Steven was very knowledgeable about my injury (I have a shoulder/rotator cuff injury), and right away he knew which exercises and stretches would be best for me to start off with in order to correct it. What I liked about Steven's approach was that he didn't just focus on strengthening my shoulder; he helped me use my shoulder in a new way so as not to put unnecessary pressure on my tendons or joints. His rate is $85 for 35 minutes, which I found a bit expensive, but he worked with me on a shorter timeline to make the cost more reasonable. I felt like I was in good hands with Steven and I enjoyed working with him!

What I noticed when I came here to write this review was the fact that 57 people have already written reviews and every single of them gave Steven 5 stars. This level of quality is not an accident, there are good reasons for it; he is super-nice, he listens to you, he takes notes and documents your conditions carefully and most importantly, he has a plan to help you. This guy is just next level.

Steven is an excellent physiotherapist and was able to pinpoint several of my issues very quickly. I am already feeling much better. Highly recommended!

Steven is amazing. I saw him for a shoulder/ nerve problem which he was able to fix in a couple of months. Prior to seeing Steven I was living in chronic pain for 8 months and saw a total of: 1 chiropractor, 1 acupuncturist, 2 osteopaths, another physiotherapist. All of the previous practitioners either misdiagnosed the problem or gave me inappropriate treatment regimes and made things worse. I also saw a GP who was quite good and told me I needed to find another physiotherapist...that's when I found Seven. I went from chronic pain which kept me from doing anything, including work, to running again in 3 months! Steven worked hard to modify exercises so that they fit into my lifestyle making it easy to follow his treatment regime which meant I was able to improve much faster. Can't say enough good things about him :)
