Sina was recommended to me following a shoulder injury during my calisthenics training. After doing 4 sessions and the home-exercises, the pain and nerve irritation of the nerve quickly started to fade away. It's been 3 months since we stopped the regular appointments and my shoulder never felt better. He truly is dedicated and patient with his explanations!
Sina is a professional. Not only does he help relive short term pains but also shows you, in a sense, how to be your own physio therapist. I highly recommend visiting him! And I will continue to do so!

I suffered for over a year with dizziness and when it became debilitating I went to Sinamedic and after one treatment had my balance restored, dizziness gone and my life and energy back. I highly recommend Sinamed
Sina stands out by his talent, knowledge, caring, professionalism and honesty. Those are qualities that you need in a physio so that you adhere to the exercise plan and improve your health. Believe me, his plans and advices always pay off, and quickly too! He was not my first physio, I initially went to see him to get a second opinion on a leg injury that was poorly treated for 2 years. Needless to say he is now my go-to physio and I send all my family and friends there!
Sina is a one-man physiotherapy clinic. His practice is located upstairs inside Crea-MeD. The address is correct but the pin on google maps is a little off. He doesn’t have his own receptionist, you just have to walk up the stairs and sit in the waiting area. There is a change room available and lockers with keys. He takes private and provincial insurance. The clinic room is a bit small but leads into a larger space with physio/exercise equipment. He also sets up reminders for our appointments and gives you exercises via the patient portal with helpful instructions/videos where you can track when you’ve done them. I injured my knee due to a meniscal irritation and it took 5 sessions total including our initial evaluation for me to feel normal again. Initially, I had preferred a female physiotherapist but Sina was very respectful and courteous when performing his assessments. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I also appreciated that he was careful regarding COVID-19 safety, ensuring to disinfect examining bed between clients and properly wearing a mask at all times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend!
I injured my shoulder in my sleep yes I know a couple years ago which caused me a lot of pain and I had issues lifting even the lightest items. Sina helped tremendously with thorough sessions and gave me a tailored exercises to strengthen the muscles around my rotator cuff and ensure that I could recover fully. To this day I still use those exercises and I had not had an issue with my shoulder since. Highly recommend !
I enjoyed my experience at Physio Sinamedic. Sina made me feel comfortable, was eager to listen and solved my pain problem surprisingly fast -- he didn't keep me on as a client longer than necessary. Very client-centered. Understands the relationship between psychology and physiology e.g., how stress impacts pain. Highly recommend!
I injured my shoulder severely almost 2 months ago and had to go the ER, the doctor told me it was nothing and s month later he said my shoulder is out of the socket and gave me unexplained details and told me to see s physiotherapist. I went to see Sina and I wish I saw him from day 1 of the accident. He immediately after analyzing me and assuring me it was nothing we can’t solve and showed me the problem with my shoulder and started on physiotherapy, I started seeing results in first four days and was patient and I was able to start working out after a month of physical treatment. Thank you Sina for the reassurance and help. Best physical therapist
From the very beginning, he was empathic, yet efficient. Told me clearly and concisely what needs to be done, and I followed the instruction as best as I could. Within a few sessions, my symptoms started to alleviate, and by the end, my condition was much better. While it was not required at all, on top of the condition that I was trying to manage, I got some awesome tips on posture, nutrition, strength training, and ergonomics. Really, Sina’s a guy that really cares about your health holistically, and wants to experience the best of your body for the rest of your life. Will definitely visit him again, definitely worth it just to see if you're lifting weights properly!

By far the best physiotherapist I have been to. The physiotherapist at physio sinamedic really helped me out with my ongoing knee pain. The clinic is very modern, and patient friendly. He is very professional.I highly recommend this clinic.
