Phoenix is one of those places that you get what you pay for. It's not the best food, but its relatively inexpensive. I consider this a great cheap eat. Their HK style breakfasts are always a crowd favourite.

I love how they combine Eastern and Western influences together to create Asian fusion in some of their dishes.. Food is usually very good..portions are usually not too big not too small but the service is usually horrible. can't win on everything here

Pretty good Chinese restaurant similar to Kenny's Noodle. Large selection of food. It seems that prices have gone up over the years but still reasonably priced. The place is usually packed but not full. It also has takeout which is my preference.

$10 for a massive dish and a drink. Nothing can beat Phoenix on quality and value. Just try to avoid going around lunch or dinner time as it does get fairly busy. Also, cash or debit only!

Always good delicious food. Been coming here for year and never been disappointed, except when the line is too long to get in for lunch.
