Pho Rachel

Super fast service; a little bit too fast in terms of service! I sat down, the moment I opened the menu, the waiter already asking my order. I told him I need more time, so he walked away, and 15 seconds later, he came and asked what I wanted I had 15 seconds to read the menu! Glad to see they are offering spicy soup, which is my favorite type of Vietnamese soup. Enjoyed the medium bowl of super hot soup, on a chilly, nice flavor and quite enjoyable!

Really authentic and delicious Vietnamese dishes, the pho broths of both chicken and rare beef are amazing. Quite a limited menu, but delicious and generously plated. The service is fast and efficient, really nice and attentive waiter!

Friendly staff, fast service. There’s no parking in the front restaurant, only street parking. I order a pho soup and it arrive hot and fresh. The broth was very tasty, not a lot of msg. The bean sprout was fresh. Will come back.

Sometimes you go out for a meal and get exactly what you want. This was my experience at Pho Rachel which I tried for the first time today. We just wanted a really nice warm pho with a rich broth and good meat and noodles on a cold day - no trying to make it fancy, just the basic tastiness of pho! - and it delivered exactly that. Both the rare beef and spicy beef soups were excellent and the broth was super flavourful. Good balance of meat/noodles/onions/broth. We also had spring rolls with peanut sauce which were fresh and delicious. Unless you're starving the medium is plenty and a very reasonable price. Great straightforward, fast, and tasty lunch option in the Plateau.

Today we had the #8 pho with beef and #20 vietnamese iced coffee. They put lime in their water and it makes it taste good! The pho broth is very flavourful and they give you a lot of toppings. The coffee was perfect to have with the hot soup. The service was friendly and fast and was also very cute!

I was blown away by the level of service and care that we received from our server. They immediately brought us water that I believe had some lime or lemon in it and brought our entrees out rather quickly too. The food was amazing and the portion was so filling. I got the medium pho with tofu and vegetables and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be dining there again, I think I’ve found one of my favourite places to eat in this city.

We had pho here few days ago. I can say that was okay. But we had better than that in other places. Also, we ordered a medium and a large one but actually there was no differenc. Just large one was more watery. I don't recommend here

Nice service and clean restaurant. Large bowls though it is mostly soup. The papaya and dried beef was very good. Unfortunately they don't have typical special beef pho with tripe and other beef cuts, they only have beef pho with sliced beef.

This was a take out order. Food is so fresh and delicious, and the staff is kind and efficient! Seriously love this place! And the prices are very affordable. This is the vegetarian pho and the flavor of the broth does not disappoint! Packed with tofu and a very large portion of food overall. Vegtables are very fresh. Anytime I've gotten delivery from them the food is still PIPING hot. I do live very close to be fair, but still impressed
