To celebrate International Women's Day, we dined in this newly opened Vietnamese restaurant in Signal Hill Shopping Mall. The decor is lovely and the restaurant is very spacious. Once seated, we were immediately served a complimentary pot of tea. I liked that touch! Our food was delicious and the dishes being served to other guests looked wonderful! The service was very good. I recommend this place.
Vietnamese restaurants are changing. We love this place for family dining. Clean and modern, comfortable, also prices are quite reasonable. But the only thing I didn’t like is when I order a rice with pork, it comes with a big piece of meat, then you will have to cut all fat parts with a knife or scissors.
Food was average. Decent portion. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. A new option in the west area but it’s not a place that I would go out of my way to visit.
The peanut beef satay was out of this world! Service is nonexistent once you get your food. Empty dishes etc are ignored when a server does walk by. This is our third time here, it doesn’t improve. Don’t ask for your bill, you have to walk to back of the restaurant and get it. Then bring back containers to your table to attempt to pour your remaining soup in. What a sh_t show that was, I guess we need practice. After doing 3/4 of the service work yourself, DON’T forget to tip! We will be back ONLY as the food was really good but not for the service, or lack there of.
Very beautiful atmosphere. Friendly staff. It is slightly more pricey than your average pho place, but the place is beautiful. They have these cool coffee that drips into condensed milk that tastes very delicious! Recommend.
I had the XL house special pho and this was the first time I ever spent $20.90 including tip on pho. Their XL might be a L elsewhere and oddly there was plenty of rare beef and flank but only 1 slice of meatball, 2 pieces of tendon and 2 pieces of tripe. Overall it was a decent meal although pretty expensive. Oh and it took them a few minutes to acknowledge me when I first arrived.
Absolutely love the food! I have tried the chicken and seafood fried rice, pictured here. Also, the chicken and pork chop on rice, vermicelli bowl-grilled pork, chicken, prawn and spring roll. All absolutely delicious!!! Food was delivered on time, restaurant is serene, clean and has a casual vibe. Other meals served also looked good! Highly recommend!
Super clean and friendly staff. We were seated immediately and the food was also served soon after ordering. I ordered Large soup bowl and it was a good portion. The price seemed a little more than others around the city but more than happy to come back because it is so clean in here.
Trendy pho place In the south west! Clean service was quick. Cute decals on the wall got a takeout pho neatly packaged. Will be back again.
I live clear on the other side of the city and was only in the area for an appointment. Let’s just say this, I will happily drive clear across the city all over again just to come back! I ordered the peanut beef satay. It’s my go to no matter where I go. The broth was divine. Spicy, but not too much so. If you like a little heat but not five alarm, this is perfect. Noodles cooked to perfection and a generous portion of meat. The atmosphere is lovely. Beautiful interior, pleasant serves, prompt service. The only thing I might have to say is the tables are quite low. But I really don’t care. I would sit on the floor to eat this soup!
