I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been good but my favourite thing to get has to be the fish sauce chicken wings with sticky rice.nnI love the seasoning on those wings and it’s a great value for what you’re paying You get about large 5 wingsnnBonus: this seasoning rack with marinade chillies and garlic tells me how much they care about customer experience. Love it!
Great little pho place!nnWe ordered the beef pho, grilled pork bun and papaya/mango salad.nThe salad portion size was huge. It was excellent as it was crunchy with a good tangy flavour. It was a good start to the meal. The pho had lots of meat. I found the broth a bit too salty for my liking. Ample amount of noodles, but they all clumped together so we had to swirl it around a few times to loosen it up.nThe bun had lots of veggies and there was a good amount of grilled pork on top. The pork was a bit dry but still flavorful. The spring roll was really good though.nnService was fast and efficient. Staff was super polite and helpful.nnDefinitely worth a try.
Clean, nice atmosphere. I enjoyed their “ suon bi cha trung” served with broken rice, especially the broken rice was best. I ordered an extra plate of only rice, the server was not subtle that bringing out a regular white rice. Overall foods were good.
Follow @bredgyeats for more food reviews and posts!nnI felt like walking into a restaurant in Vietnam, my excitement boiling over in anticipation of trying their assorted platter with fermented shrimp paste dip, and I can't miss the pho. The huge assortment of proteins includes nem nuong pork sausage, crispy fried tofu, dill fish cake, and boiled slices of pork. I can't even count the number of flavour combinations you can feast on when you factor in all the fresh veggies, all of which are completed with the signature dip that is a pungent kick of funky, fishy, salty, umami and a touch of sweet acidity to balance it out. I would HIGHLY recommend pairing this with a plate of broken rice, which's also a platter of its own, features egg sausage, crispy shrimp paste, grilled chicken and BBQ pork that pair excellently with the broken rice, but are even better as another protein to wrap in tons of fresh herbs.nnAdditionally, the pho contains a generous amount of different beef cuts with the soft, comforting hug of the rice noodles, with a slightly sweet, beefy broth that's characteristic of the South.nnWe got the Bun Dau Mam, Com Tam Dac Biet, Pho Dac Biet
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The sense of urgency was appreciated, and the staff was genuinely friendly—it's been a while since I've experienced such exceptional, customer-oriented service.nnWe both ordered the signature chicken soup dish, which came with a flavorful clear chicken broth, rice noodles, and a garnish of cilantro with the option to add bean sprouts. Alongside the soup was a generous portion of perfectly cooked chicken, served with a delicious Vietnamese dressing and a fresh salad.nnThe only feedback I have is about the chicken preparation—there were quite a few tiny bone fragments, likely from repeated chopping rather than a clean, sharp cut. Perhaps sharpening the butcher knife could help with this.nnOverall, a fantastic experience with great food and outstanding service!
