We were a party of 4 this past weekend Jan 2025. I've been to the Scarborough location so this is my first time in this one. The food was super generous. 3 of us got the vermicelli bowls and my friend got the General Tao Chicken. It was very good. Women's bathroom needs a bit of work as one of the doors would not lock properly. Just so you know. Other than that, we can't wait to come back.
Wow! I’m a pho lover and this is definitely one of the best soups I ever had in Toronto. Broth is great, portion is great size large come with a lot of protein!!!, service is great, too! Very impressive overall. Too bad this is not in my neighborhood.
Spring rolls were great. Pho was really good. Rare beef pieces were high quality cuts. Pro tip - they have XL as well!
Easy 5 stars! One of the best, if not the best, Viet restaurants I’ve ever been. Shared the platter for 2-4 with a friend, easily could have fed one more person. The flavours were great, the quality of the meats was good, and portion size was generous, and it was very reasonably priced. The staff were also kind and helpful.
Dropped by this midtown pho restaurant as I was in the area. The restaurant is surprisingly more spacious than the frontage from the street would suggest as it widens towards the back of the restaurant. This is a touch more upscale than your typical Vietnamese pho restaurant e.g. they have lime in their water, they play slow jazz background music, the chopsticks are gold plated. At the table there are chopsticks, soup spoons, sriracha, hoisin, chili oil tasty and not overly spicy, metal sauce dishes, and higher quality napkins. I ordered a small rare beef and tendon pho. Soup was one of the better ones I've tasted. The beef was thinly sliced, tender, but mostly well done already by the time it arrived. One small disappointment is that I only got two pieces of tendon, one big piece and one small piece. Overall, portion size is on par with others.nn5% discount of you pay by cash.nnDefinitely worth checking out if you're in midtown and craving a warm bowl of pho!
