Pho Newton

We've had takeout from here many times, but never dined in til today. Cute little restaurant in the Kings Cross strip mall on King George. The service was excellent, got menus and water right away. The food was cooked up quicker than expected and was delicious! Very fresh, and great portion sizes. The spring rolls were super crunchy, I wanted more! So, so good!!

I went here for dinner around 7:30 pm. Tge place iS small amd tidy by its own standard. Just no fuzzy and frills place, you come here and eat and go. I have been here before and since I was in the area and hungry, i though i would stop buy for dinner. The Guy attending is not checking of people are vaccinated or not. He did not check me nor the other's that came after me. Anyhow i ordered chicken pho. The soup base was good. I also ordered fried spring roll. It was good but too oily. May be drin the oil a bit more. Overall, it is just a typical Pho place, nothing particularly exceptional on the menu.

I’m giving a 5 star based on my experience doing take out and having the special bhan mi. This sandwich is amazing. For $7 you have a fresh massive authentic bhan mi that conspires with the ones I’ve had in Vietnam. Can’t speak for other dishes or dining in, but my experience was great.

This restaurant is now looks a little bit different from before I felt like they have changed management, but the waiter said they are still under the same management. Taste and look of their foods totally different. Anyway, their noodles and spring rolls are still delicious. Highly recommend this place. Don't worry, their price is reasonable.

Absolutely incredible food! I've been going here since I was a kid and the food and service is wonderful. I got shrimp salad rolls and a chicken sub and it is always just perfect!

There was a small error on my order. Joseph ''I hope I got your name right'' cleared it up and made my day. Honestly.......stuck in a small hotel.... I am/was for the first time on vacation in 3 years...... So I picked up the best recommended Pho in the area. And yes.... - Broth....A1 - Noodle great typical rice for a Pho - Rare beef got to try them out a class on it's own People do not get how hard it is to work in this industry these days..... Great service and food.....deserve a big..... Thank you.....

Such a great Pho place. The moment we walked in we smelt the goodness and weren’t disappointed at all once it was presented to us. The bowl was packed with rich flavours that make you want more. Kid-friendliness: I didn’t bring my kids, but I did notice a kids menu at the back. Parking: Large parking lot that can get busy, but you’ll find a spot for sure.

Server/Cashier is so rude and really bad customer service! Today, February 5, 2023 around 12:45 to 1pm, me and my daughter came here to order a take out. While waiting for the order, I noticed that the plastic that they are using to wrap the bowl of soup was on the floor and the shoes of the cashier was touching it . I came over to whisper to her and told her politely and discretely about the plastic bag. And she said, "that's fine because she is only wrapping the bowl not the food"! And if I don't like the service, don't come back! Me: I told the cashier, that I said I was telling her politely what I saw and if she's doesn't like it, that's fine. Cashier: If you don't like the service just don't come back. Me: I told her, that if she doesn't want my discretion and comment about the plastic, then I will just write a review. Cashier: " Go ahead and make review and just don't come back here! We've been in this restaurant a dozen of times and this is the worst cashier I have ever dealt with. To the owner, your food is really good but if your front people are just rude like this, you will be losing a lot of customers.

This place is my family’s go to!! Always satisfied whether we order in or out. They’re generous with their toppings and the broth is so delicious! So good! My toddler is obsessed with their pho, any other pho place doesn’t hit the same for him lol

Another of my favourites on my Newton lunch circuit. Can't report on much other than pho because it's so awesome .Food: 5/5
