Chopsticks On Pho

Always been having the regular Pho at other restaurants BUT the “Curry Pho” at Chopsticks on Pho amazed us & left us with WOW…what a pleasant surprise . A lightly taste of curry with options of seafood, beef, chicken, vegan, etc..is so unique! Almost forgot to mention the gigantic salads rolls! Loved the peanut sauce that go with it…Amazing staff and ambiance! A great spot for meetings and gatherings!

A definite 4.5/5 stars…the vegan/veggie options are excellent and very very considerate. In fact, the owners and chef have done a great job on everything in this restaurant! The entrance is bright and inviting, open concept, fresh, and clean. The ambiance is fitting, even the music is well chosen! This is a top notch Pho/Vietnamese experience. The food is really tasty, and catered to my above spicy request to have it served extra hot! My negative was the spring roll was double dipped perhaps to reheat and was a bit greasy, so o couldn’t give it a 5th ! But since I will be returning, this will probably change in the future

This was our first time here for lunch. The decor was very nice, with a cute small fountain by the entrance, and black and white pictures of Vietnamese farmers and lots of plants. We ordered the pho and curry chicken. The price is the highest we have paid for pho at any vietnamese restaurant. The pho is not really authentic and the curry broth was just okay, but the chicken breast was thick and had no flavour. The most expensive pho in BC for its level. When we were there, although it was not busy at all, with only two other customers, we still had to wait more than 15 minutes for our food. I won't be back again.

Spacious, nice and clean place! We’ve got lychee drink, curry pho and a shared platter. Lychee drink was super good and very refreshing! We have to order another drink to go as it was really good their house signature curry pho would def a fun experience to try out, we went with shrimp option. Shared platter was really good and portion was huge. We had 3 people and cannot finish everything. Highly recommended!

Chopsticks On Pho is an amazing place! I visited it with my daughter last night and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We didn’t have to wait long for a table even though the restaurant was quite busy at that time. I ordered Curry Pho for myself, Bún Bò Huế for my daughter, and Stir Fried Noodles Vietnamese Pad Thai to share. I also got one Lychee Lime-fizz. The food came quickly and looked great which made me want to eat them all :. The pad Thai we had was super fresh and tasty. I can still remember the mixed flavours of spicy, sour, salty, sweetie, peanut melting in my mouth . The curry pho was very flavourful and spicy. It is the best that I’ve ever had. My daughter, who is a fan of bun bo hue, also said she loved the bun bo hue there. The lychee drink is quite special in that it has both the sourness of lime and the sweetness of milk. The restaurant told me they made it with own recipe. During our meal, the owner came and nicely asked if we were okay with the food. I saw her walking around asking other people as well to make sure we all enjoyed our dinner. The place is clean and has plenty of space and lovely traditional Vietnamese decorations. All of them created a welcome, warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere which made my feel like I’m having dinner at home. One special thing I like about this restaurant is the open kitchen concept that I don’t see at other restaurants in Vancouver. The kitchen has a modern set up where you can see the staff cooking inside right from where you sit. Overall , the restaurant is perfect for group hangouts, parties or casual dates. It is by far the best I have been to. I will definitely come back and would definitely recommend it!!!

Never been so wanna try. We went for dinner. Very cozy and beautiful atmosphere indeed. Very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. So they got my 5 stars but for the foods, pretty pricy for pho noodle i think because of the way they deco, made all the dishes looking beautiful but the taste just like others pho restaurants. I tried their signature dishes were Prawns curry pho choices of chicken, pork, beef and basil fries rice with chicken. I liked the curry pho but I can't eat fried rice, it was weird taste for me. I'm from Thailand so stir fried basil is my food but I can't eat because she said yes, kinda fusion foods here so some like, some not. I really liked their fresh wrapped with shrimp and the sauce was really good. Ordered soup with meat balls for my kids. Came with only noodle and meat balls, not even have vegetables. They liked at first when it was warm, but later on they said too sweet, can't eat anymore. At least, good to check them out. Some I liked, some not

Chopsticks on Pho is a lovely place. We had the bun tom xao and the bun bo xao and they were amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is very clean as well. It is located in the same complex as Spice Kings. You should definitely try it out!

I really enjoy the pho here and I am celiac. They have a lot of safe gluten free options that are clear from cross contamination as they do take allergies seriously. My favourite pho is the Bun Bo Hue it has a ton of amazing flavour and sometimes I find myself ordering it 3 times a week. I get it without the chicken balls as they have gluten in them but they give me extra rare beef and brisket instead. They use high quality meat and the thick noodles are very nice. It’s some of the best flavoured pho that I have ever had. The service is great and the owners are very friendly.

such a lovely place! the atmosphere of the restaurant is so nice at really adds to the experience, and the layout means the kitchen is semi visible and you can half see the food being freshly prepared which is very unique. the staff are all friendly and seem to be invested in the wellbeing of chopsticks and its patrons, and, personally, have always been helpful and ready to talk. the food itself is incredible, and is normally served very promptly and if the restaurant is busy and there is a longer wait the staff are always very transparent about it, although the wait is always worth it. the portion sizes are very large, and they have a wide range of vegetarian options that have their own section of the menu. pictured is the veggie tofu pho and happy buddha bún, both of which are delicious and the pho itself is so flavourful. alongside these the salad rolls are a personal favourite, and beyond food their vietnamese iced coffee is the perfect addition to any meal. would highly recommend to anyone in search of good vietnamese food or looking for a place to eat with good food, service and ambience

We were invited to try this place in Surrey. Ambience of the restaurant is very relaxed and cozy. But the best thing about this place is the food. From bahn mi to their coffee, it's the best Vietnamese restaurant that I've even been! The owner is nice and friendly. I actually asked her to put up another branch in New Westminster or Burnaby, so it's closer to home. One thing for sure, when in Surrey, we will get out of our way to visit and eat in this restaurant.
