Pho Daddy

Best PHO EVER, and a HIDDEN GEM. They don't get recognized as much as they should. FIRST it's phenomenal Pho, Second GREAT INGREDIENTS, third great portions and fourth IT'S HALAL! Nobody ever finishes their bowl, even my hungry male cousin had to ask his pregnant wife to finish his food because it was THAT MUCH. Imagine so much food a grown man can't finish it.

My favourite Pho Spot in the city! Maricar is always so happy and helpful, she makes the whole experience worthwhile and pleasant. I have been in many times since my first time trying this spot and have been recommending everyone I know to visit. Be sure to try the two different, made in house broths before you choose, it will be tough because their all so excellent. Great selections of different Pho and you can fully customize every bowl!

Best Halal Pho in Calgary and it's hidden gem. Their regular porsition is too much for us. It is very generous. They have two types of broth: traditional and premium, and they're very gorgeus!! Don't forget to try their spring roll. It's tasty! Kid-friendliness: They have super rich broth and my kid love it so much untill her last drop.

After visiting at least 3 times already, I have nothing bad to say about Pho daddy. For starters it’s Halal which is awesome, the price is decent and the portions are huge! I honestly think one bowl is enough for 2. The staff are friendly and accommodating every single time and offer broth samples. The best part is that service is super fast, customizable, and the toppings are included. I have tried the chicken all times and have nothing bad to say, but I have yet to try the beef. Overall I highly recommend this place, especially in the winter as it hits different. location wise, it’s a bit out of the way, at least for me so I really hope the business considers adding another location!

Great spot for a lunch pho. Went with the wife and ordered the beef and chicken phos. The beef broth had a strong "beefy" aroma, while the chicken broth was more neutral. They were both excellent. There was a lot of vegetables that came with it; it reminded me of the pho places I used to visit when I lived in Asia. As someone who is on a diet, being able to get a high protein dish with so many vegetables is awesome. I am completely enamored and plan to go again, possibly even tomorrow. I should mention that, as far as I am aware, it is the only halal pho place in Calgary. I read a comment about the broth being salty that concerned me. However, after eating it, I thought the salt was well balanced with the noodles themselves. I also don't think it is particularly spicy but I'm used to spicy foods.

Excellent place for pho! The customer service makes the experience even better. The kind lady that put my pho together let me try both broths, and since they were both so good, I went back the following week to order the other one. Love the freshness of the toppings and the perfectly-flavoured broths. The open-air seating makes eating a hot bowl of pho on a summer day a delicious experience. I'm definitely going back!

Fantastic! I have spent nearly two years in Vietnam, on and off. Have been waiting to find a good pho place, and this is it. Reasonable prices and the waitress was great. The large bowl is quite hefty.The first time in a long time that I've dined out and felt positive about the return on money spent.

Went here for the first time today with the family and we were all very happy with the food and service we got. The two gentlemen working there are very kind and took their time explaining all the options and offered us samples before choosing. I'm not a huge fan of pho but after visiting this restaurant it has made me want to come back again for more. Great work guys !

This place has amazing Halal pho. I personally prefer the beef, but most people I know enjoy the chicken. The broth is beef but they do have vegetable broth as well. Their premium broth also tastes kind of like biriyani. Their regular portion is quite large and I almost always end up with leftovers. The seats are quite high of the floor so it may be difficult some people to get too. I also don’t know where the elevator to get up is so it’s also not wheel chair friendly in that sense, there is a second way to get in but the front entrance is connected to stairs.
