Friend and I are semi-regulars here, where the subs and soup are amazing.  Staff is extremely friendly, and have often started our order as we wandered up to the front, welcoming us and engaging in conversation.  An excellent family-run business.

Hidden gem. Great prices and a wide variety of foods from Vietnamese subs to pho to Chinese food to regular soup and sandwiches. Love the beef satay sub!

Best price downtown, combo B baby - was the best price, pricing is now in line with everywhere else...Quantity of the sandwich is still great though
