Pho Chopstix

We had dinner here on the 1st of July, Canada Day, just before the fireworks go off at 10PM. We were looking for something close, decent, and affordable. The server took our orders in as the last orders of the night as it was around 8:30. Price was very reasonable. My group ordered a lot of the different Pho dishes and the special pho. The Special Pho Chopstix with Short Rib $18.95 has a lot of meat in it and is also big enough to share between 2 people. I believe it only comes in the large size. I also wanted to sample how their rice dishes are so I ordered the Spicy Stir Fried Lemongrass Beef $14.50. It came with some chopped cucumber. The beef lemongrass was alright but nothing extraordinary. Overall, the restaurant is good choice for those looking for a clean Pho place with an affordable menu right at the heart of Kingston.

The prettiest pho restaurant I've ever been to. Design and atmosphere is such a vibe. Service is EXCELLENT and the food even better. Oh my word, where do I even begin. The Waterfall chicken and fried rice: impeccable. The chicken pho: absolutely incredible. Spring rolls: best in the whole wide world. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Kingston area and any students looking for an affordable meal.

I highly recommend Pho Chopstix! I ordered the #3 Special Pho Chopstix with Short Rib and the #1 Fried Spring Rolls. The broth was fresh and flavourful and it was very meaty. The spring rolls were crispy and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. This will definitely become one of my regular take out spots!

Very happy with the spicy rare beef pho, spring rolls, and fresh rolls with grilled pork! Spring rolls were nice and crispy on the outside, tender and tasty on the inside. The spicy beef broth was excellent, not so spicy that the beef flavour does not come through. The shaved beef was as tender as you could hope for and almost melts in your mouth!

Shut the front door and don’t walk but run to try this new pho place. Totally blew our expectations out of the water, hands down the best pho we’ve ever had. We had the spicy beef, it is certainly not for those who can’t handle their spice but if you like it then you should be ordering it before you finish reading this. Don’t sleep on the salad rolls either, we could’ve eaten about 100 more of them. This will be a new addition to our regular restaurant rotation and we’re happy to have it.

I ate here last week and it was incredible. I had the pho with short ribs. The broth was hot and full of flavor. But the real winner was the short ribs. Unbelievable. The quality of the cut combined with a perfect cook combined to make a new favorite of mine.

I had the vermicelli bowl with pork. It was delicious! The portion is generous and the crunchy spring roll really hit the spot. The food took a little longer, but if you are looking for Vietnamese food in Kingston, go here :-

Had their special short rib pho - soup was really rich and they gave generous servings of meat. Also had their spring rolls which tasted delicious!

Really friendly staff and quick service. Food was hot, flavorful, and very aromatic. Photos attached of the short rib pho and the spicy pho. Really nice place. So great to have a new pho place downtown.
