Service au comptoir des médicaments = nul. J'appelle pour faire préparer à l'avance et la personne me dit 45 minutes. Je me rends après plus de deux heures et rien n'est prêt. Je me fais dire que je devrais attendre parce qu'il y a beaucoup de monde. Wow aucune considération pour le service à la clientèle. Puisqu'ils ne sont pas un monopole...on n'ira ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Deux fois que je vais ramasser des prescriptions pendant la journee (pas occupee) pour mon enfant.. premiere fois 32 minutes...deuxieme fois 47 minutes. Je suis consultant payé à l'heure. 100$ de perdu a chaque fois...merci
