Great staff and generally good selection in the store. Great for a quick visit and easy to find what you're looking for.

This is the worse place! Attention to what you buy and the price! Items are wrongly priced and the price on the shelf doesn't match the product so you end up paying more for something you thought was on sale. The manager, Stevanie, refused to reimburse an item that was wrongly priced. Only after a lot of arguing she reimbursed it but refused to extend the same courtesy to another client saying she had already reimbursed one person. After pointing out the law, which is clearly posted at each cash, she finally and reluctantly reimbursed the other client. It's as if it came out of her pocket. I'm filing a complaint with the head office and the consumer protection bureau. This place is to be avoided!!!

This review is for the makeup and beauty section of the store. There are many brands not available elsewhere and a great selection of drugstore and high end makeup brands (Essence, Bourjois, Benefit) and skin care brands. There are testers and staff let's you browse, but is available to answer question. The large aisles make it less crowded and hectic than a Sephora.

My Pharmaprix! Friendly, courteous and attentive pharmacists and staff. Most of the staff from the rest of the store were able to help and answer my questions. It's also been there for a long while. A staple on that section of ste Catherine!

I went there for cosmetics and I asked for advices, I was looking for a good concealer. The cosmetician was very kind and she tried to help me. However, she didn't give me the right color, it was too dark, so I had to buy another one.
