PJC Jean Coutu

The pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. I've never been to a PJC that had a lot of staff on hand yet could barely function. There weren't even many people waiting. I had a question regarding cough syrup and the staff tried to lie to me telling me that they were preparing my prescription, even though I never asked for one. Ridiculous experience.

Ordered prescription and person was rude so I told them and hung up! Do not recommend unless you have no other JC to go to!

The old woman working has to take an extended vacation or see a therapist, she is often going off on soliloquies, taking things personal, interacting with her is awkward, not very professional behavior. Perhaps she's having troubles in her personal life, hope she has them sorted out, wishing her good luck, but in the meantime it harms Jean Coutu's reputation. If I had a choice, I'd like her to be removed because I really hate going to that Jean Coutu now anticipating to interact with her!! The opening hours are very bad, they're basically closed when most people need them. Opens extremely late compared to other shops around, and closes really early. Looking forward for some staff upgrades/better customer experience. I'm sure the company can fix that, as every other Jean Coutu I've been has had perfect service.

Waited for 30minutes at the pharmacy counter. I was ignored while other customers arrived after me and were served before me. They even went so far as to single out the man in line behind me to serve him before me. And then I was given a one word response. TERRIBLE.

usually i love jean coutu but i had a horrible experience with this one the manager is so rude they dont even care about their clients please dont go there
