Phamtastic Nails & Spa (Varsity)

I come to Calgary every second weekend to visit my parents which just beside phamtastic nails varsity location. So I start to try this place .This salon is always so clean which for me is a big deal!Everyone is so friendly .They offer variety brands colors including organic products. I got couple girls working on me. I found they are all really focus on nail shape,cleaning the cuticles and the polish painting. My nails never lasted such long. I just came back from a one month vacation, my nails still look fresh. Here are some pictures of my nails I recently get from here. My eyebrows are now two distinctly different shapes! This afternoon was my first time going to the Varsity Phamtastic nails location. I have always had positive experiences at the 855 8 Ave SW #101 location. The lady threading my eyebrows made each look nice in its own way...but very different from each other. This new world of lopsidedness is a scary place. I am hoping the left eyebrow grows back. Also this location charged 3 dollars more, unless a tip was sneakily added on...

They got me in after the gym for a last-minute appointment with my feet in really rough shape after training. They took the time made me feel comfortable and just an overall fun environment. Definitely a great experience feels amazing and just the personalities that you get there are so sweet and caring. They took the time to talk joke around and find out about you and when to help make you feel great. Thank you guys definitely my go-to place for my next pedicure. Parminder you are awesome! See you in three weeks!

Had a pedicure with my MIL once, that was fine. My review was about this evening, when me and two of my close friends went for a manicure - and made reservations 3 weeks in advance. They were rushing to get us out of there. They were terrible, they actually gave my one friend a hangnail, there’s nail polish on my finger, they cut so short that it hit a nerve. They had their jackets on before we were even out the door. I will NEVER be coming back for a manicure. You pay $30, you expect not to have nail polish on your skin nor a hangnail. I do not recommend them. Update(Monday Nov/20): My manicure has chipped putting up my Christmas tree - it shouldn’t chip that easily! I will never be back. Update ( Sat/ Nov/25 ): Lin, the manager, did a redo of my nails. She was apologetic, and told me she had a talk with the girls who did our nails. I’m changing my review, as she did make up for it and redid my nails. Mia
