Absolutely one of the most unprofessional businesses I've encountered. The staff are extremely chatty in the store and take little to no notice of customers. When they do it's beyond pushy sales, and your going to leave feeling cheap because "your skin is to important to put drugstore items on". I know it was recently taken over by new management and it shows. I've spoken with the previous manager when I had a reaction to a product and was looking to try skoah and she was very helpful, but now it almost looks like there is no management at all from the behaviour of staff. From the appearance of some staff it makes you wonder how they even got into this type of work because they are dishevelled at best, not at all representatives of good skin and hygenie. I don't know what changed about this place in the last year, but I certainly won't be shopping here again.

This place is so awesome. Every part of the experience has been carefully considered to make each visit, end to end, totally perfect. They're totally used to doing facials for guys, so you don't have to worry about your beard getting in the way.

I am so glad that I booked the Power facial! The products selected were personalized for my skin, taking things like sun exposure, age, blemish frequency, dryness into consideration. Lindsay was knowledgeable and informative. She did not 'push' products on me. Lydeen at the front was welcoming and helpful, she made booking my next visit easy! I would recommend having a Skoah experience!

A great place to relax and get the best facials Calgary offers! My skin felt healthy and the products I took home has definitely help prolong the effects! I would go again in a heartbeat!

Not the worst place to go for a facial, but I prefer going to one of the other locations in town. Love the products, but I find staff members at the WestHills location better and more polite.
