They messed up our booking time, made no effort to gets us in before we had to leave town. Kept calling us liars directly to other patrons they were treating. Refused to provide a refund for the adult gift certificate so I could go elsewhere before the wedding. If I could give a zero, I would

Professional but friendly service guys a shellac manicure and regular pedicure - very impressed by how great my nails turned out! I'll be back for sure.

I went in today at 1830 to get a shellac manicure. The lady at the front counter hummed and hawed about doing my request and then proceeded to ask another worker if she "wanted" to do my nails to which she replied no. Seriously? You don't close for another 1/2 hour and while I understand my nails may take 45mins to do it's called customer service. Clearly you must not need my money and large tip then. Part of being in a service industry is customer service. I was extremely unimpressed. I wish I could rate this place ZERO stars. They certainly won't be getting any positive feedback from me in the future. I waited all day until my husband got home to take care of our baby to go and get my nails done. Thanks for making this mom feel like garbage.

I have been receiving various services (nails, pedicure, massage, waxing, glycolic treatments, etc.) from the Deer Valley Phamtastic Nails & Spa for about 8 years. I can tell you that I have always found the staff to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are very flexible and always willing to accommodate my needs. Friendly, caring and thorough, they make me feel like I am their number one priority every time. I also really like that my appointments always start on time! I can, with great confidence, highly recommend Deer Valley Phamtastic Nails & Spa. Lynn, Vu and crew are the best!

Went here to get a nail fill as I normally go to the phamtastic in the North of Calgary and was hoping to save myself the drive. My nails are so thick and ugly that I have to turn around and have them filed off and filled again because I can't handle it. Usually my light concept nails look relatively natural but right now they look like I tried to put on fake nails myself. I also have bubbles throughout 7/10 of my nails and the white for the french manicure is shaped so poorly that I cannot keep them like this for another two weeks. Never again.
