I don't know how anyone can say they have had a good experience here. Me , my hubby and our daughter went for pedis, the owner did my hubbys and he was done in less then 10 minutes because he had a nail apt booked at the same time. I asked for prices on the phone bc last time we were over charged and once again we were way over charged. Should have learned my lesson the first time, We just wanted to take our girl out for a nice date .... it's a real shame. Don't waste your time ! RKnails doesn't deserve any ☆'s if you ask me

As a bride needing her nails looking perfect for her wedding day! The owner was still more concerned about getting extra customer walk ins rather than taking the time to do my nails properly... The nails looked like garbage i almost cried. Went back and got them redone but bc he had done the gel messily and all over my cuticles the lady who fixed them needed to saw my skin off in order to remove the polish. Worst service in red deer. My nails looked awful and bled.

Absolutely disgusted. Was at this Salon approximately a month and a half ago for a pedicure. The nail polish was getting old so I removed it last night and that is when I discovered underneath the nail polish a white toenail fungus. It was against my better judgement to go there to begin with but I went with other people I didn't want to seem like the one who complained about cleanliness. Lesson learned the hard way! 🤢😡

The lady i go do does a great job! Same price and time as everywhere else. Been there multiple times with no issues or complaints so far 😄
