I got exactly what I asked for. I'm extremely satisfied with my nails. Only complaint is that they don't have acrylic powder to choose from, only polish but this is a personal preference. Julie was very accommodating and sweet. I'll definitely be back.

I love my nails and how they came out but I was kind of disappointed with the customer service. My aunt and my best friend came with me and my best friend got a French manicure and they gave her a massage on her arms and charged her for that not saying that it was going to cost money. The thing is I really wish I could give them a better rating because I do love my nails and my best friend loves her nails too but the prices on their Facebook page weren't updated and when we went there we got charged more than we thought we would because the prices were updated. When we tried to explain to them they didn't really listen the lady who was going to take our money was getting mad at my aunt and my aunt was getting mad too. Overall I didn't really like the visit it was my first time ever getting my nails done and I don't think I'll go back. Sorry for giving you a bad rating I love my nails but the customer service was really bad and I never really give reviews cause I'm a very quiet person. Wish they updated prices on Facebook so then there wouldn't be an issue because all the money I gave them which 20 bucks I supposed to have but I didn't get I only got five back was supposed to go towards my sweet 16 gifts but yeah. Also the prices were supposed to be 30$ for french manicure but was charged 38$ and acrylic nails fs was supposed to be 50$ but was charged 68$

I absolutely love going to Kim Lu Nails. They are fantastic, safe, clean and friendly. They make you feel very welcome and always try to get to know you. Their work is high quality and nails are long lasting. They run a great business!Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Have always loved this place and book every 7 weeks. They are clean, friendly and reasonable price. The last couple times though they have overbooked themselves so we wait and then they rush our pedicures. Seems they have increased the price and decreased the service. Will give them one more go , then maybe look for another placeService:&nbsp;Pedicure

This salon is great! As the other reviews state, the staff are very friendly! They are not over-booked, so you never feel rushed. It's a very relaxing environment. The salon is very clean as well. I've been here twice so far, and will continue to be a repeat customer! The first visit they did an acrylic overlay on my natural nail, and the second time was a fill. No issues either time.

I had a very good experience at this nail salon. I have never had my nails done professionally before and I believe that I was treated very well. The only thing that I would advise is to advertise your prices more online because I felt lost when I couldn't find any information. After doing some research, I found that what I was charged was around what the average amount is. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This is my favourite place, and I don’t trust anyone else to do my nails! I live in Edmonton, and I will honestly drive all the way to Red Deer to get Kim or Lu to do my nails for me. The sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet, and they work so hard. They deserve so much love and support from the community!

It was Aunties birthday, mom and I all went together to get our toes pampered! Wonderful service!
