KFC KIRKLANDnnI had a bad experience yesterday. Therefore I decided to go to a KFC in a different location. However the customer service was amazing in kirkland the food was terrible. The chicken was soggy the buckets had a great deal of oil at the bottom. This is my second time complaining to the head office and all they could say is that someone will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Therefore within two days I have spent $100 for basically nothing. Very disappointed in the this restaurant.nnThis restaurant used to be a go-to place whenever we had to have a family dinner. Now it's so disappointing and honestly I don't think I'll ever be ordering from them again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered online for pick up. When I arrived I waited 30 minutes for my order. Everyone after me got what they ordered. And the staff told me chicken was not ready. What a bs! What did everyone after me get? Fish? And it’s not the first time they got orders wrong. Last time I went, I ordered at drive thru and they told me to wait at parking lot. I waited for 30 minutes and it turned out they gave my order to someone else. I’m never ordering KFC anymore!

One of the best pfk in town i have been visiting this place for a couple of months and today is the day I'm writing a few words to praise their service. Nice staff and very very clean seating area and the food is always good

the staff work in front doesn’t speak English at all. But the staff who work in the back clearly speak both English and French. When communication not going well, no one help translate or do anything.nService is very rude, i ordered big box of 16 pieces chicken and 2 burger combo, i should choose the side by myself, no one ask me anything and decide the side for me, give me the two side that I don’t want, i ask can i change, they told me no.nAnd I ask I order a big amount like this, I can’t eat without any saucesthe front girl told me no sauces, even ketchup, I don’t think she doesn’t understand what is ketchup in English.nnNever come back to this place again, why spend money to see a black lady give you unreasonable white eyes and attitude?

20mins wait to get a meal that looks like this chicken that doesn't look fresh with parts of skin missing, fries not fresh, KFC in Saint-Charles never again
