We ordered 2x general thai chicken bowl and when we came to eat, we realized that there’s no vegetables inside tomatoes, green and red peppers, pineapple. In the bowl, there was only rice, onions and chicken. We addressed the situation so he cooked a little of vegetables. The food wasn’t as hot because we had to wait for the veggies. Overall the food wasn’t as good as the other locations. Plus, there was barely chicken in the bowl, maybe about 5-6 pieces. Won’t be coming back.
The food quality is a constant, but you can count on it to be good every time. On this occasion, their menu was projected upside down on the overhead screen. They couldn't fix it.
Good service but they don’t put enough vegetables.
Their portions are pretty lackluster when you eat in. Not worth the price.
I never write reviews but needed to for this particular instance. Was served without utensils, asked for chop sticks and got forks, asked for a bowl instead of the paper box and the man said no. I am someone who never complains about food and there was a lack of flavour in the pad thai. You would assume restaurants would prioritize customer service and food quality in a post-pandemic economic hardship, especially in the food industry, not thai express on pierrefonds boulevard.
We went yesterday to pick up some take out food at this location and it was a wonderful experience. The food was deliciously hot and spicey. I must give a lot of credit to the kitchen staff who we're extremely busy and still quickly prepared our order. Great food and service!!
Terrible! Asked for extra noodles they charged me but no way on earth I got extra noodles. I think he even gave me less lolll. Also, please when you pay cash ask for the receipt. They just add the info in the cash register but then cancel it. Which is a fraud. I will report them when I have chance.
I ordered a general tao chicken and replaced the rice with chicken fried rice. He charged me $17.50 tax in, it was extra which I was okay with. He placed the chicken fried rice in a small box and the general tao chicken in another small box. I taught the portion was to small. I did not get my money worth for the food. I get home and open the box there were no chicken or vegetable in the chicken fried rice that I ordered. It was just rice with soy sauce. general tao was good. 1 star couldn't even see them cooking the rice the window was so dirty, just imagine how sanitary the back prep is if the front house is dirty.
I bought a pad Thai fish around 9:15 pm It was so bad. It’s dry not enough fish and ingredient are missing I was so hungry. Disappointed.
Great fast food restaurant, the food is good and different enough from the rest of the quick eateries and the staff at this franchise are particularly nice people. Thank for all the great foods. Also if you ask extra spicy, it's extra spicy!!!
