Horrible service, make you feel like you are bothering them. Order messed up and then give you attitude when asked to fix it. Suggestion: if you don't like your job, stay home don't take it out on the people that spend good money in your establishment that allows you to get a paycheck

Understanding why kfc is closing down near quebec, fries were lukewarm, chicken had falling apart breading and the coleslaw looked old. didn't improve over the years. Was my last time here. Its a shame i remember going to kfc around quebec when i was younger, its was so different.

JEU 28 JAN, 18h33. I ordered a " 2 FAMEUX SANDWICH AU POULET EPICEE DE PFK EN ULTIME BOITE-REPAS", She wrote :Boite super croque". I said No, and repeated my order very clearly word by word very loudly. When paying, i asked her to repeat my order. She had completely written something else. I corrected and paid 40.09$ which is completely different order recipt in the picture When got my food, she did not put "poulet pop corn" in both boxes, forgot the mayonnaise barbecue sause and gave me mayonnaise epicee instead. Very disappointed, infact would like to ask for the return of extra money. Will never go there again with such workers inside! WATCH YOUR RECIPT AND YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

They basically decide when they are ipen or closed, and they just put a little peice of paper written closed today when they feel like it! Worst possible service
