First time ordering there through uber eats. Everything seemed perfect and fine, no delay whatsoever. I start eating my chicken sandwich to just end up spitting it out. My chicken was still RAW!!! Won’t be ordering anything from there again!

Folks, Canadian KFC has been in decline for a reason. I have not been in one in 18+ months. While other restaurants are innovating and adapting with time, KFC looks has not. It's not a bad thing, but the infrastructures, tables and chairs arrangements has not changed in a decade, at least. Retro look is cool sometimes, but it needs a good make over. The food as you would expect. The Big Crunch sandwich is my favorite. The popcorn chicken is also great in my opinion. The authentic fried chicken is fine too. But don't go there for something else. I I overheard a gentleman complaining how his poutine did not taste great. I mean he's wasn't wrong, but KFC is to chicken. I am happy to say that the service was impeccable. Very courteous and polite. Overall fine, but needs improvement.

Worlds slowest KFC, only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the chicken wasn’t raw. That’s how bad this KFC is, 30 minutes!!!!!

This the the first time I order KFC this year! I don’t know if they changed their recipe or this particular restaurant really have KFC a bad name! The first thing I noticed about my order was it didn’t smell like the KFC chicken that I was accustom to! It actually smelled burned which made me feel disgusted! The chicken was worst then what we can usually get at the groceries! The chicken was dark and smelled like roadwork! I am not sure if it the oil that is dirty or what! The chicken was a bit raw as well! I am not just if this a an isolated issue but this does make me not wanting to order from this particular branch ever again!

If you want to experience the 80's PFK experience!Here is rhe right place for you! Chicken are small oily ,not crunchy at all and drinking ice tea with no ice cuz machine broken... nobody at 7pm really shows how popular it is... never coming back again!!

Order arrived 1h40min after original order time. Called me 10mins after the 60min delivery time to tell me that I gave a wrong address when the online app doesn't accept incorrect addresses Food is overcooked dry and cold. No apologies. Won't be ordering from this location again

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online 116.00 worth of food to pick up last night. Did not have chicken tenders or gravy. Was replaced with corn and extra pieces of chicken. When the eight of us starting eating everyone said the chicken tasted like cigarettes. All of the chicken smelled the same. We could not eat any of our food after tasting the chicken. When I called them their response was to put a complaint in with head office. I have notified head office and have saved a piece of the chicken as proof.

It is so sad how slow they are, they had a line of 4 people the moment we got there, and for tge next 20 mins it was still the exact same line. Plus all the fried chicken pieces are so greasy, way more than normal that you can taste the grease and oil and it even separates the skin fron the chicken a full layer of pure grease so disappointing.
