Second time going in drive through. 2 out of 4 ingredients are missing in my burger. It’s not the cashier’s fault since all ingredients are on my bill. But the cooks are a joke.

Wasn’t bad at all I like the price! It’s cheaper than McDonald’s and they have spicy chicken burgers that filled my cravings

Not the best not the worst but they could definitely improve. Don't take the jalapenos they were rotten believe it or not. Yes even if they are pickled jalapenos. Ha never thought something like this could happen. The burger are sometimes rushed even if you are asking for well done. Some staff put cheese even if you didn't order it. Overall it is ok burgers. They should double check that everything is fresh. This was my main concern.

Drive-thru open during Quarantine but don't expect the best Harvey's burger... They did not put the ingredients I've requested and the burger was burned and dry!

Order through Uber and found the chicken used in wrap was not fresh at all. Also the fries they gave me was sitting there from long time and not fresh. Straw was missing. How i am going drink shake without straw.

I ordered ahead using Harvey's mobile application and set the order for Drive-Tru pick-up at a later time. I was able to pickup the order at the drive-tru just after the scheduled time since I had to wait behind the cars that were there ahead of me in the line which is expected when going for the Drive-Thru pickup as this is the 2nd slowest way to get your meal. The first one is waiting for delivery at home. The fastest would be to order ahead then pickup inside as I saw some customers going inside and out before I got mine from the Drive-Thru. The order was carefully packed and nothing was missing. Id definitely order again.

I have to be sorry for my comment, however we did not appreciate the service that we received. Tonight, when I stated the ingrediants for my wraps, the employee forgot two of them. I did polietly requested them again. Also, I had to wish the employee a good evening, for her to say it to me, without looking at me. Also, my friend ordered a double Angus burger with cheese; he was charged for the cheese but did not get it. Also, a couple of weeks ago, at the same location, I had ordered a cheeseburger, however, the cashier forgot to charge the cheese. I had noticed only when my sandwich was presented to me without cheese. Instead of simply trying to correct the situation to make a customer happy, the manager started an argument stating that I had been dishonest with my order. I am sorry to state that I have not been pleased with the service at this location. Hopefully, this commentary will help improve it.
