I took a trip to this store last week looking around for some different dog food options because the vet food I was purchasing was becoming a bit of an expensive bill and my dog was becoming over weight. A young worker there named Kayla introduced herself to me immediately and was more than willing to help. She spent the time with me to find a higher quality food that was actually less expensive than my vet food and had way better ingredients. They have a very good return policy, but there’s no need Because I love this food and so does my dog. I noticed a difference in his energy and he was eating a lot less within a week. I went back yesterday to switch my cats food too, luckily she was there and introduced me to a better quality cat food as well, still less expensive and better quality than the vet saving me easily 80$+ a month. My pets and I thank you Kayla and we will be back !!

Most helpful service I've ever received ! I've been to this store a few times since it opened and I'm always lucky enough to get service from An accociate there , I forget her name. She's a shorter blonde girl , think her name started with a K or something. But she's so helpful, and knowledgable when it comes to getting the right products for my elder dog, anything from food to toys she always has an answer for any questions I have . The prices aren't bad & The cashiers are usually super friendly But I think they could be a little quicker they seem to get backed up a lot. overall a great place to shop and glad to shop here since they came to town !

Only giving 2 stars because their prices are decent and they have a nice selection of things especially fish tank decorations. Fish tanks are absolutely appalling. Dead fish everywhere, algae coating everything and the glass looks like it hasn't had a wipe in weeks. It's a shame because the tanks themselves look like they could be so visually appealing but they are completely neglected. Several fish have diseases including very contagious ick. Trust me when I say don't buy fish here even though they are cheaper. Go to Petland. I used to work there and I know how well they clean their tanks.

I stopped by to purchase some cat food and saw that it was on sale. It took at least 20 minutes to get to front of the line and tried to purchase two cases at the sale price ( their was no limit). Even their supervisor was unable to ring them in at sale price despite acknowledging they were on sale after checking flyer and shelf tags. 25 minutes later I left with half of my purchase, no apology and a promise to never return. Shop local!

Wonderful grroming! best service and groom we have had for our 11 year old bichon shitzu. Senior (owner, not dog) prices Monday to Thursday.
