Great pet store with less of a chain-store feel than other large retailers. Store is always clean, the staff are friendly, and they carry a good selection of products. I provided kittens a few times in the past, and can vouch that they dutifully screen their sources and that all pets are well cared for and have had appropriate veterinary care. Some staff are very long-term employees, which is a bonus!

Some of the healthier fish and plants in town, and a decent selection of "common" aquarium fish. Great place to start out and they probably have the best staff of all the chain pet stores in town. Managers genuinely care about what they are doing.

Great employees who are very helpful. They selection is pretty good, even though their prices may be slightly higher than other pet stores in the area. My kids love coming here and seeing all the different fish.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. If they dont know the answer to your question they will find the answer for you. They are knowledgeable and happy.

These people love your pet. That's how they greet their customers, as if they all love the same pet. They have trained and experienced staff who always greet you with a genuine greeting. The prices are fair and the selection is full of quality products. My chihuahua loves the attention too!
