Rude (possibly racist?) employees with no customer service skills - We interacted with 3 employees at this store, and all but one were extremely rude. First, we asked one lady whether if the promotion we saw on their website was still good, and she literally gave the most condescending answer and told us that whatever the receipt prints out as the discount is whatever the sale would be. We asked for clarifications and she sternly repeated herself. Later when we were cashing out, it turns out that the promotion was only online and not in store. The cashier girl was nice enough about it and called her manager to ask for us, as we just wasted a bunch of time going in person and not being able to take advantage a discount offered online. The manager had literally no customer service skills, and he talked to us with zero emotions. He repeated his robotic response repeatedly without even acknowledging our perspective. In the end we realized we were wasting our time and just left. One the worst customer experiences ever!

I've been coming here for a while now and I never had a problem. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you out. 4 out of 5 Cats

Although I find their rates a bit too pricy (hence the 4 star)00, but I appreciate the big variety they have in their stores. If U R looking for something specific that U R not sure where to buy, this would be a good place to look for it.

Great place for all your pets needs. Knowledgeable staff is always friendly and parking is always nice and open.

I typically only go for their aquarium section. Fairly knowledgeable staff. Decent selection of fish although I'd like to see more interesting species. Prices are reasonable.
