I recently visited PetSmart to purchase a 40-gallon terrarium for my bearded dragon. The store had a wide selection of enclosures, lighting, and other reptile supplies. I was able to find everything I needed, including extra T5 UVB lights and basking lights, to create the perfect habitat for my scaly friend.nThe staff was knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions about the best products for my specific needs. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I had a positive experience at PetSmart and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality pet supplies.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!nCarlos took my dog, Buddy at 3:45pm for his 4:00 appointment. He told me it would be around 7pm which I thought initially was long because he just needed to be shaved - but he said he would call me when he was donenAt 6:40pm I went to the pet smart to see if he was done / how my boy was doing. Carlos was cutting another dogs hair so I assumed Buddy was waiting and he just hadn’t called me, but to my surprise when Carlos came out to see me, he told me he wasn’t finished with Buddy and had to still bathe him and cut his hair. So he told me to come back at 7:45 instead 4 hours to shave a 16lb dog??????n7:10 I get a call from the apologetic and overall lovely manager, Elise telling me buddy is ready to be picked up. Only to be informed and see that he has a major cut to his ear, and that I need to take him to the vet.nMy only assumption is that Carlos rushed through after realizing I wasn’t happy with how long it was taking and injured my dog.nOnly redeeming quality is that they didn’t make me pay for the service OR the vet bill.nWill never be bringing my dog back - if you have an appt with Carlos - cancel it.
We switched from a boutique groomer to something a bit more readily accessible, in terms of both location and appointment availability. We originally weren’t the most confident in what we thought was a run of the mill pet store grooming facility, but we have been incredibly corrected, and we are just simply delighted.nnOur three small dogs, a terrier, a mini doodle mix, and a schnauzer mix, have all had fantastic treatments tailored specifically to them. We have found the consults to be thorough and have resulted in us being very pleased with their final groom every time. They are also different ages, 1, 3 1/2, and 12 years old, and we really appreciate the unique approach to each pet. For example, our senior dog benefited from the recommendation of a deeper conditioning specifically and we noticed a difference.nnColleen specifically has been our favourite go to and is a truly remarkable person. We are humbled by her compassion and kindness towards our furry family members. They are lucky to have her! I cannot recommend this grooming facility enough and they have one some very consistent customers :
Morgan is an absolute Gem!! Morgan took such good care of my dachshund. Morgan even gave me tips and tricks on helping with my dog with her dry skin. You deserve all the 5-star reviews for your service. Well done!
