I remembered when I got my hamster from them many years ago, Heather (?? I apologize if it wasn't her) allowed me to play with all the long haired Syrian hamsters they had so I can find my match and went over in the greatest details on hamster care. I learned so much that day and Mr. Taffy and I had many good memories together-- he lived to the ripe old age of 2.5 years. Thanks Tails, for introducing me to hamsters that don't bite! :)

Good service but the price structure was not explained to me before hand.  Lucky for me the groomer helped fix the issue we had with the bill.

Tails is a terrific pet store.  Diane, Josie and Heather have all taken the time to learn our dog's name.  Diane suggested a change in dog food that completely fixed our dog's intestinal distress.  When they missed receiving a shipment of food, Diane even tided us over with samples until the shipment arrived.  Josie is a terrific groomer who does a great job and is gentle and good natured with the dogs.
