Caring staff who remember their customers. They helped me pick a cat tree that would work for my very lazy cat, and even asked about her when she was sick. They always take their time. Love this place! It doesn't have the stock of some bigger pet stores, but the service, knowledge, and selection of quality brands makes up for it.

Friendly staff.  

Great that it opens an hour later than Global Pet Foods.  

Lots of selection and variety of items.

Does not have canned cat food by the case.

Will return only when Global Pet Foods is closed.

Picking up a new puppy next week. Had only a small idea of what I needed to get. The only person working there at that time took the time to walk me around the store and pick out items. Prices seemed reasonable, haven't done a ton of comparison but it seems to be in the ballpark. 5 stars based on great customer service!  Recommend.
