People here are somewhat knowledgeable we usually purchase all of our aquarium supplies and fish at this location. Although last time I purchased a snail it was below zero outside and we were given the snail in just a bag with no water. Unfortunately the snail did not survive since it got so cold on the way home.

The ladies at Petsmart Lethbridge did an amazing job grooming my Berner cross this past weekend! It was his first time and he was a happy 7 pounds lighter :) He looks gorgeous with very little fur coming off his body now. much easier for house cleaning!

The girl on cash September 7, 2017 was coughing directly in our faces while running till . Not only did she obviously NOT want to be there she acted like we were putting her out making a purchase ! I understand that it's smoky outside from the fires but If you are that ill you should not be at work! She should have been sent home By management

Pet smart is kind of expensive but I haven't found my dogs food anywhere else. I also get his treats here and my main issue is they're supposed to be chewy bites and I've bought some before that were dried out and my dog wouldn't eat them so I always check now as I'm walking out the door (because its a pain to track down receipts and take stuff all the way back to the store). My issue is : its a pain to walk right back into the store 2 minutes later and have to go through a signature/ scanning and rescanning process to switch his dried out treats for good ones. It's not my fault they sell dried out treats sometimes so why should I have to go through that process? Do it when I'm gone because you get paid to be there, not me.

Actually always had a good experience here. It's clean, bright, well stocked. Compare it to petland where you walk in and it stinks, poor lighting and dirty.
