The staff here are very nice (as are the resident pets!), although the cat food aisle can be a bit cluttered due to the scratching posts on display (which the resident cats also use). They have a nice looking pet wash station, but I don't own a dog so I can't really say how well it operates. I adopted one of my cats from here, through PAW Society, so I am very glad they are contributing to help speed up adoption in Lethbridge. Glad to see a lot of black cats are getting adopted, too, as there's quite a lot of superstition about that going on around here (I have owned 3 black cats, they are lovely!). Be cautious bringing your dog in here if it's territorial or doesn't like cats. They also stock raw food. Mostly for dogs, I think? I find the freeze-dried stuff to be more convenient for that. That being said, their selection of canned food is quite impressive, considering the somewhat modest size of the location. You can also get bird seed here, and KMR (Kitten Milk Replacer) for nursing young or sick cats.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but some of the prices on petfood and toys are a little steep.

This is one of the best pet stores I have ever dealt with. Excellent staff, great products and services and so supportive of the animal rescue organizations.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the selection of merchandise is high quality with fair pricing!

Such a great location. The new owner is amazing and caring. Helped me so much with our mascot Kermie at our shop. Always a great selection and the new Dog Wash is amazing....thank you so much
