Doing a reno job in Petrolia, I like to shop local when I can - bought multiple items from here over a couple months - I misplaced one of my receipts and needed to return an item unopened unused and was turned away with no refund or store credit. Paid with credit card and I was told they don't have the ability to look up transactions which is absolutely rediculous. Get with the times. Stuck with a useless part now, definitely won't be shopping here again.
I like this place as it is close, the staff are helpful, and even though it is a smallish store, they pack a lot in there.
It's a small town store that surprisingly has a wide selection of items with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It would be fabulous if they set up guest wifi as you can hardly get any cell reception in the store.
I never do reviews!…but I gotta say a huge thanks to the staff at Petrolia Home Hardware for helping me choose the perfect grill for me. I wouldn’t have known about this product if it wasn’t for their expertise
