Located in the historic Post Office Building in Petrolia, The Olde Post Office Gift Shoppe and Ice Cream Parlour has something for everyone!

Story

Our shoppe is home to an eclectic mix of unique custom furniture, handicrafts, kitchen and giftware, as well as an ice cream parlour, and gently used book corner! We are proud of our work and our ability to re-use, re-claim and recycle! Using old windows, doors, you name it, we've come up with an interesting new piece that will look amazing in your home! Our handicrafts are much sought after items! The shoppe is constantly filled with original crafts made specifically for the current season. Spring and summer, birdhouses are in high demand, and fall brings pumpkins and spectacular fall decor. Our Christmas displays are a highlight of the holiday season, with snowmen always in style. Once spring hits, we open up our ice cream parlour, serving exclusively Shaw's Ice Cream from St. Thomas, ON, and the summer months fly by. This past July, we initiated a new project with our book corner, The Next Chapter, located in the back corner of the store. Our collection of books is growing nicely, and our customers are so happy to purchase gently used books at wonderful prices!
