Absolutely great place to buy jewelry, I highly recommend. Built a custom ring and had wanted light blue sapphires in it, it came in and wasn’t up to standards and they sent it right back and took the time to find the right shade of sapphire made me very happy. Also bought my wife a necklace on our wedding day from Grandis and it was absolutely gorgeous, sparkled and lots of people complimented it. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in need of something. They were also very good at reaching out and updating the status of ordered jewelry. Can’t say enough good things about them.

What a great place. Not only is their jewelry top-notch but they were very patient helping me find the right ring for my fiance. I'd recommend Grandis to anyone looking for their special gift.

Ordered a ring for Valentine's day. I was told it would be in the Thursday before Valentine's day. They said they would call when it comes in. It now a full week later still no phone call. Completely missed Valentine's day. Extremely poor service. Will never shop here again.
