The site is always spotless with no garbage on the ground ø overflowing trasĥally Jeffrey is very knowledgeable about where all of products are located. This Petro Canada location at 72 Ave Langley, is the best gas station in Langley or even around the nearby cities! Staff are polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and the Boss is a super nice guy, who treats customers with respect, integrity, finds time to speak to customers, despite his busy schedule and is super polite and friendly and answers questions and helps you solve your problems, even over the phone. Thumbs up to you and your staff, Boss! You have trained your staff well. Do keep up the good job!nnI would personally like to compliment on Komal, a very nice lady who works at this location. She's very knowledgeable, smart, brilliant, helpful, super polite and courteous and always has a smiling face and goes out her way to help others, not only myself, but to all other customers and people who frequent this location.nnSometime in June 2025, I was filling in gas at Pump #8 and when I pulled out the handle after filling up, a little bit of gas spilt out and dropped on the floor. She had seen what had happened outside, from where she was inside the store, attending to customers at the cash register. Pretty much multi-tasking, while keeping an eye to see if customers had any problems at the pumps. She then called me on the PA system as she must have seen me wiping the spilt gas off my car. I noticed there was some gas on the cement floor too and told her about it when I walked inside the store to inform her. Anyway, we sorted out the matter, as all was good and the spilt gas on the cement had dried up, when I walked back to my car.nnGreat job, Komal! You sure are an intelligent young lady, attentive and always so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your assistance last week too. Keep up the good job!!

There is something wrong with the attendant at neighbours store. A confrontation took place today between 1-2 pm with a guy who seem to have a blonde beard, covering his face with a mask.nnThe attendant was very very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, aggressive and showed aggression when I requested to speak to the manager. Needless to say that confrontation made me feel that this is NOT A NORMAL BEHAVIOUR FOR SOMEONE WHOSE ONLY JOB IS TO HELP COSTUMERS. I had left the place as I didn’t feel safe, the aggression shown made my eyes roll. Not sure how he is allowed to do this, I genuinely felt that he wasn’t doing alright and thus felt unsafe, the aggression that he showed would’ve turned in to physical confrontation.nnThe REFUSAL TO CALL THE MANAGER BY CLAIMING THAT HE/SHE weren’t there is concerning. Usually petro canada staff are usually doing thier job without any issue, but not sure what is wrong with this guy.nnnot all costumers can handle such situation, especially the vulnerable.nnI think their management should review his performance and actions. From my end, I don’t feel safe with a person like him is around.nnThere 2 other gas stations near by across the street, one with Tim Hortons if you feel the necessity to avoid such situationsnnPETRO CANADA: review your CCTV at this location and see for yourself.nnsafety of your costumers should be your first priority.
