Well, this station and few of their staff, particularly their manager have the worse customer service ever to say the least. I had never felt so degraded living in this county for 27 years. For the first time I felt someone hate me just because. This morning around 9:40 am while on route to a job site in Abbotsford, I stopped by Shell gas station on East corner of 200 St. and 86 Ave to get some air in my front driver side tire which was extremely low. As I only had a 3 quarters in my position an a large bill, I entered the store and ask the two cashier if they can help me with the situation. The female cashier replied that the machine takes 4 quarters or one dollar coin, I replied I know that part but what I am asking is either lend me 25 cents or break a large bill or authorize the air pump by by passing the coin machine. To my amazement she replied that she can not break the large bill and she can not lend me 25 cents either as her shift will be short. I was appalled that someone can be so insensitive and careless while working in customer service business...!!!?? No one seems to have any customer service training for these guys. My reply was: "you must be f%$#@& kidding me and can I see the manger". (I admit perhaps that wasn't the best comment I should've said but I did't insulted her nor was rude, but for what it worth I apologize). Well, manager seems just arrived as i enter the store and I guess he noticed which car was mine so he without any conversation or attempt to help asked me to leave the gas station or he will call the police based on me saying you must be F*&^%*$ ?!?! Kidding me. I told him are you serious ?!?! and sure call the police as if I have done anything wrong and should be scared. I told him what is his name and all of them refused to disclose their name to me. While I was contemplating what I wanted to do he went out side and took a picture of my car which was parked on the side of the building as he know exactly which car was mine and upon his arrival back to store he said to me " You think you are better than us" ?!?!? I was totally confused and lost for words to what is going on and the amount of hatred and anger towards me was unbelievable. It seems that he was upset I am driving Mercedes Benz!!!???, A dark colour middle eastern guy is not allowed to drive a nice car and ask for help in this country. As if they hated me to serve me and its beneath them...As if I am the reason for their failure in life. Or As if why I should be driving a nice car, All kinds of feelings of not being welcome and being hated went through my head. Needless to say I used to worked the first 4 years of my life in Canada in a gas station at Mohawk at corer of Holdom and Hastings. MY boss used to say that the customer service is the key and trained me very well that customer is always right. I used to clean all front and back wind shield as well as the side windows and mirror, and check the oil, break fluid, at the end I would have pump air in their tires if happened that the air was low in one tire. Customer used to come to that gas station. furthermore I do have a great respect for people who work in gas station specially shoes put their heart and soul in to job. I called the customer relation and explained what had transpired earlier on and they recorded it and promised me to contact the district manager and offered me free airmails point which I declined. I also called my wife and told her the story as well as to my client in Abbotsford, they were also shocked. A gentleman outside who lend me 25 cent. By the way no other customer was present store in case someone on their behalf say something to support them. As I start reading some other bad reviews and I see how amazingly someone right away writes something positive that they were there and the person who was complaining was rude and cashier handled the situation very well. I hope someone teach them to treat the customer with respect and care regardless of their skin colour or place of birth or the car they drive. 42

Worst customer service ever. I would give 0/5 if I could. The gas receipt was NOT printed at the pump so I had to go inside to grab one in a busy morning on my way to work. The lady at the counter wouldn't give it to me threatening me I should have parked properly otherwise she'd call a towing company. I told her that I'm late for work so just print my receipt it's your problem that I had to park there then she was immediately on the phone. I just couldn't believe my eyes how she was dealing with an upset customer. She totally ruined my day and will never go back to this gas station.

Worth a zero star. This afternoon around 1:30 pm I purchased gas but my tank became over full and it spitted out , I had my baby in my car so I was too worried for his safety. Therefore, I asked shift manager to come and check if there is any safety issue but she started yelling at me in front of public and refused to give a couples of minutes to check if I'm good to go.she was so rude and impolite and left back to her office . People were watching and they wondered what happened so a good guy among them helped me and checked my tank. I'm supprised with their bad customer service and attitudes and will never get back there.

I was in line when this lady was screaming for ten mins about overfilling her own tank and she had a baby in the car that she wanted some of the gas taken out. She was blocking all other customers from being served and would not move aside from the register. She overfills her tank and expects the station to remove some gas for her. How?!? The cashiers handled it better than I would have. Good on them for not sinking to her level. Im a regular and this place always has my smokes ready in hand before I walk in the door. Great staff and amazing carwash.
