GRIP AUTO AND TIRE had me as customer for good after my first visit. I was purchasing new tires for my truck and received top notch service from beginning to end. Managed to get me a courtesy car no problem. The vehicle inspection they did was in depth and very informative. Highly recommend them !!!
Don and Dean are simply the best. Our van decided to start leaking coolant and other issues the first day into our 14-day move across Canada. They were able to squeeze us in when no one else could. They had our van up and running the next day and we made it all the way to our destination without issue. They treat you like family and are great at what they do. Thank you guys so much!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic shop to work with. Blew my tire on my way to work, went with these guys on a whim and I have no regrets. They are very informative, and guided me on what to do to get me on the road quickly. They pointed me where to buy tires and a wheel and got me in for installation the next day. Within 24 hours I was on the road again all thanks to the help of the staff and their knowledge. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!! They will forever have my business with all wheel related issues and products

Their service advisor Jordan was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He made booking my service easy and convenient. I brought my vehicle in to have my summer tires changed over. The price was great and they washed and vacuumed my car too! Definitely 5 stars!

My car had intermittent stalling and trouble starting for 3+ months. I took it to another service provider 4 times with no solution quite tricky due to no warning lights, diagnostics was difficult. I was referred to Precision Auto by a friends husband who then referred me to GRiP as I needed in quickly. Within a few hours Don had diagnosed a problem with my crank shaft sensor. After months of problems and anxiety driving my car, the problem seems to be fixed! Time will tell if there’s something else causing the issues, but I now have confidence that it is or will be fixed by Don at GRiP. Thank you for alleviating SO much stress and putting trust back in my vehicle!
The gentleman in the shop were able to get me an appointment right away, and we're very friendly. The online report of my inspection was a very nice touch, especially being able to share it with other people to review. Will be going back again!
Great place and best customer service. Got my vehicle in quickly assessed my concerns and didn’t overcharge or fix things that didn’t need it! Vacuum and car wash didn’t hurt either. Definitely will be back with our vehicle and awesome they are a full service shop and not just tires.
Blew a tire early in the morning at work got there at 720am, they didnt open until 8 . A guy there named don was there early and started helping me right away. Didnt take long and the price was fair . Super friendly bunch . Will be going there from now on! Great job!
